Philippe has been living in Neuilly sur Seine since he was a child. As a graduate Engineer from Ecole Centrale de Paris, he has worked in various positions within the residential real estate development.
His creativity lead him to shape and patent a new device protecting buildings against pigeons called “Depigeonal”. He also worked out a new construction process for underground parkings
In 1995, he developped and managed a network of real estate agencies in the Westside borough of Paris around the famous garden city of Le Vésinet, before coming back to his primary occupation of residential real estate development. His credo is to design housing in a way that people really love living in it.
After being a horse rider both sportive and show jumping competition for a long time, Philippe has turned to be really passionate about romantic opera and he also trained and tuned his baritone voice for his own pleasure.
His hobbies include classical architecture, heritage monuments, gardens and Italy in all its aspects down from Renaissance time.
Lancelot is graduated from ISEG digital marketing school in Lille and currently studying at ESPI’s real estate school in Paris.
He joined Cogepar’s team in September 2023 and has been attracted by the company’s values and the experienced professionals willingness to pass down their knowledge.
Lancelot is working hard to learn real estate in all its aspects. He’s really obsessed by customers’ satisfaction.
As a young man, Lancelot loves to learn everything around him, especially by traveling and visiting museums.
South East of France born and raised, Julien has led simultaneously his studies with a high-level competitive road cycling practice.
10 years ago he came to Paris after a very rich experience in Dublin and he graduated a Master in real estate at ESPI PARIS.
Julien has been working for Cogepar since then, either in developing new housing projects, transformation and renovation of old buildings, or selling flats and houses.
Julien is always caring about the evolution of his surrounding environment, adapts to its mains changes and impacts it on his work.
Very passionate about mechanics, you’ll see him frequently all around the city and surroundings on his motorcycle or driving his car from the seventies, looking for new real estate opportunities.
His greatest pleasure is cooking and having dinner in his Montmartre typical flat.
Gilles is graduated from HEC school of management and worked in corporate finance until 1998. He later joined Philippe l’HERMITE to develop and manage a real estate agencies network in the Westside borough of Paris (Chatou, le Vésinet and Carrières sur Seine).
After having sold this activity, Gilles became EPAMSA’S General Secretary and then the Real Estate départment of Réseau Ferré de France CFO’S before entering the support functions of the group, especially in real estate.
Gilles wanted to be even more professional and graduated from the Real Estate management Master at ESSEC Business School in 2011.
Longterm associate in COGEPAR, he joined the company in July 2023, to launch a new dynamic. His obsessions focus on services quality and value-added for the customers.
Gilles is absolutely mad about botanics and gardening, and also a plant collector. When he’s out of his garden, he visits museums and travels all around France and Italy. His guilty pleasure : Chocolate !
